Primary 6 thoroughly enjoyed a workshop today from the organisation, Aware. The programme was called 'My Mind and Me' and it considered the 5 areas to wellbeing, to get active, connect, take notice, keep learning and give. Thank you to Aware's educator, Alison and also to Shauna who helped deliver the session.
