P5 had the Ulster Museum beamed into their class this week through the Museum on the Move Programme. Using the special case of artefacts sent to the school by the museum, pupils were discovering how the Ancient Egyptians prepared for the of mummification. We had the opportunity to handle replica artefacts used in Ancient Egypt and smell the scents used at this time.
