In order to recognise Mental Health week in Northern Ireland we are having a 'Dress to Express' day on Friday 11th February. Your child can wear a colour or style that represents their mood or personality on the day! A nice end to the half-term.
For the theme Express Yourself, Place2Be is encouraging children (and adults) to explore the different ways we can express ourselves, and the creative ways that we can share our feelings, our thoughts and our ideas.
